With Arts for Everyone, the Faculty of Arts at Saint Mary’s University is opening our doors to the community. Members of the public are invited to attend a selection of courses on a drop-in basis. Want to learn how to write and think in your pyjamas? Seán Kennedy's "Introduction to Composition" course teaches us how to write and how to think. The wager is that to write well means to think well; to write critically means to think critically.

This course takes these aspects of Swift’s celebrity status as a starting point and endeavours to interrogate and understand the nature of her appeal, power and influence.
